Demolition and site work for a residential development in Buffalo, New York. Completed plans call for the demolition of a residential development; and for site work for a residential development.
Bids to perform the following work must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked on the outside thereof, "Bid for demolition of detached wood frame building at 991 mineral springs road" remove the wood framed, which has since collapsed, detached structure in rear of yard in its entirety. 1. Remove and dispose of all contents. 2. If a concrete floor is there, it will remain in place and not be removed. 3. Upon completion, site to be rough graded. 4. Contractor responsible for terminating utilities with utility companies. 5. The town reserves the right to waive any informalities or reject any or all proposals. No bidder may withdraw his bid for a period of 30 days after the date of opening. New york state prevailing wages are in effect for this public work project. The town board will vote at the october 12, 2023, meeting on selected contractor. Work to begin no later than 30 days after awarded bid.
