Renovation of a municipal facility in Arlington, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 553-square-foot municipal facility.

A five percent (5%) Bid Deposit is required with sealed bid. The Bid Deposit shall be a certified check, postal money order, cash, cashier s check A one hundred percent (100%) contractor s Performance & Payment Bond is required. The bond must be delivered to the Stilly Valley Center within ten (10) days after notification of the award. A Pre-Bid telephone conference regarding federal requirements may be held by calling the Office of Housing, and Community Development -Andrew Fox, Housing Asset Management and Labor Standards Specialist, CDBG Grants Management @ (425) 388-7264 prior to bid opening.
