The bond must be delivered to the Stilly Valley Center within ten (10) days after notification of the award. Blvd. Arlington, Washington (360) 653-4551 The contractor, all subcontractors, and all lower tier subcontractors will be required to attend a mandatory pre-construction meeting to review the HUD requirements and receive technical assistance prior to construction. In the event of conflicting requirements, the most restrictive will apply.
