Renovation of a mixed-use development in Canoe Narrows, Saskatchewan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The Work of this Contract comprises removal and replacement of existing boilers and pumps along with associated piping and hydronic specialties. New boiler plant to serve both schools from a single mechanical room. Assorted repair and replacement work is also to be completed including the addition of a new coil into an existing air handler, new exhaust fans and fancoils where noted. Bids shall be submitted on the Bid form provided in the Bid documents. Bids shall be accompanied by Consent of Surety and Bid Bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of submitted bid price. Electronic versions of the Bid Documents are available for download through the Construction Association BuildWorks Plan Room. Bid documents may also be obtained from the office of the Architect. All inquiries shall be directed to Carla Dudley at the office of the Architect.
