Scope of work consists of site preparation; tree clearing; grade work to manage the surface water management including design of culverts, swales; subgrades work; installation of concrete pads; Retaining wall and associated work using lock-blocks; Installation of waste bin shelter (preferred wood frame with metal cladding); landscaping; Electrical work including servicing; storage sheds and associated work; parking traffic, access improvements, and signage. TIMELINE: Request for Proposals from engineering consultants has been cancelled by the owner. Scope of work to be revised. Project may be republished in the future, once it's been approved to proceed with design/construction.
