Renovation of an educational facility in Emporium, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The Cameron County School District is soliciting sealed bids for window replacement in the Woodland Elementary School, located at 601 Woodland Avenue, Emporium PA. The Cameron County School District reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Scope of work: The contractor shall provide all material, labor, equipment and supervision required to accomplish the following: o The contractor shall replace windows in 28 rooms with new double-hung, or sliding windows in the office spaces, vinyl or fiberglass windows, tempered glass, and screen; of different dimensions, including hardware, screen, glazing, flashing, interior and exterior caulking as required, support and related materials according with local codes and regulations. o Prep and Paint any required trim, sill and jamb as recommended by the manufacturer and color per owner approval. o Dispose of windows removed. o After installation, per manufacturer recommendation, windows shall be inspected, put into working order and left clean, free of labels, dirt, etc.
