On behalf of the University of Louisville Athletics Association (ULAA), the Procurement Services Department will accept proposals from qualified contractors for the design and renovation of various multipurpose spaces within the Kueber Center. The intent of this project is to renovate and update the areas mentioned in the below scope of work to maximize space in the facility. Proposers must provide creative thematic designs for the facilities based off the scope of work provided by ULAA below. Proposals must include detailed renderings of the upgraded facilities. The awarded qualified contractor is to provide all required design elements, labor, engineering, permits, materials, equipment, transportation, handling, supervision, and related services to successfully execute and complete the scope of work identified within these RFP documents. All work shall be coordinated with a designated staff member of ULAA. There are no liquidated damages involved on this project and the University will work with the awarded contractor to create a renovation schedule which works around mens and womens basketball season. Prevailing wages are not required on this project. At this conference, the scope of work will be discussed in detail. A site walk-through will be conducted at this time. Offerors are encouraged to submit written questions after the conference by the date listed in section (3.a).
