Rehabilitation of Residential Single-Family Properties Request for Qualifications for Rehabilitation of Residential Single Family Properties Selected Contractors shall perform housing rehabilitation duties on owner-occupied single-family residences. Work includes interior and exterior building repairs that is not limited to window replacement, painting, tiling, carpet installation, plumbing, electrical, heating ventilation and air conditioning, roof and fence repairs. Work must be completed in compliance with plans, specifications, work write-ups and requirements provided by the HCD Department.
