The contractor shall provide written description of Preventive Maintenance Inspections (PMI). This description shall include an itemized list of the procedures performed. PM services shall include, but not be limited to the following: 1. Cleaning of equipment 2. Calibrating and lubricating the equipment 3. Performing remedial maintenance of non-emergent nature 4. Replace filters with pleated filters and date the filters 5. Add algae tablets to the drain pans 6. Check and adjust belts 7. Check bearings 8. Check capacitors 9. Check Contactors 10. Check Amperage 11. Check voltage 12. Check Freon levels and add if needed 13. Check grease or oil any bearings not permanently sealed 14. Check Thermostat 15. Check heat for proper operation 16. Clean Coils Questions shall be accepted by the Government in writing via email no later than September 29, 2023, at 12pm CST.
