Renovation of a municipal facility in Dubuque, Iowa. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The City of Dubuque, Iowa is soliciting competitive sealed proposals from qualified Vendors to provide furniture and install it for the Community Policing Office located at the Historic Federal Building at 350 W. 6th Street in Dubuque. The desired final completion date for installation of all furniture is December 1, 2023. Any questions concerning this proposal must be received before 2:00 p.m. CDT on October 5, 2023. Any inquiries received after this date will not be answered. When submitting a question to the Project Manager, please include the appropriate Vendor contact information Any questions regarding the installation of furniture at the Historic Federal Building should be directed to Facility Manager Justin Hogan. He can be reached at jhogan@cityofdubuque.org or 563-589-4152. The City is seeking a Vendor to provide, deliver and install furniture for this project. No federal or state funds are involved with this project. The Citys budget to procure the furniture listed in Appendix E of this RFP is $50,000. The selected Vendor will be expected to complete the contracted scope of services within the specified timeframe, under the general direction and coordination of the Citys Engineering and Police Departments, as authorized by the City Council.
