The project is expected to be awarded on November 13th, 2023.** The following project ("Project"): 40th Ave Tank Improvements - Phase 2 Capitalized terms not defined in this Invitation for Bids shall have the meanings set forth in the Project Manual of which this Invitation for Bids is a part. DESCRIPTION OF WORK: This Contract is comprised of water tank upgrades and frontage improvements. The water tank portion will include seismic upgrades, overflow modifications, interior recoating, exterior coating repairs, and lighting improvements. The frontage improvement portion will include construction of curb and sidewalk, HMA paving, driveway approach, storm drainage system, landscaping, security fencing and lighting. All Bids shall be based upon compliance with the Project Manual (including, without limitation, the Contract Plans and Specifications). The estimated cost range for this project is $1,400,000-$1,800,000. The project shall be Physically Completed within 100 working days of the Notice to Proceed. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
