Saving Project...

Site work and paving for a municipal facility in Delta, British Columbia. Conceptual plans call for site work for a municipal facility; and for paving for a municipal facility.

TFN plans to develop and upgrade the existing infrastructure at the Community Farm site within its agricultural initiatives. Consequently, to support these projects, the current electrical system and water supply to the Community Farm facilities require upgrades, including general electrical upgrades on 28th Avenue by BC Hydro. Concurrently, the 28th Avenue rehabilitation design is in progress. TIMELINE: Request for proposal from qualified and experienced consulting firm that will act as the Lead Consultant (Consultant) to retain and coordinate a skilled sub-consulting team for the phased development of the farm is closed. Award is pending. The services will include but are not limited to, architectural, landscaping architecture, environmental, civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, agricultural engineering, land surveying, quantity surveying, and other subject matter expert disciplines. Further update late spring 2024, upon approval.
