on-call, as needed civil engineering services for the study, design, construction, and operations phases of multiple projects. The contract time is four years, with the possibility of extensions. Contract term will include a not-to-exceed fee, including reimbursable expenses, of $2 million per selected firm. Fees will be negotiated based on specific project requirements. Each selected firm will be expected to sign the Executive Design Professional Agreement for preliminary design, construction documents and construction phase services and/or the Professional Services Agreement-Blanket for study phase services. Projects will consist of improvements to University-owned and maintained civil infrastructure, including: Potable & non-potable water supply and distribution systems Wastewater treatment and conveyance systems Storm drainage infrastructure Road and pathway infrastructure.
