1. New Addition to Seminole High School CTE wing including Ag Mechanics lab, Plant Science Lab, Animal Science Lab, Instrumentation lab and associated classrooms and support spaces. 2. Renovations to existing High School CTE wing including Wood Shop, Welding Shop, Culinary lab, Auto lab, Faces suite, Art rooms, Associated classrooms and support spaces. 3. Associated site work, paving and fencing This Work includes the construction of an addition to the Seminole I.S.D. High School that will house an Instrumentation Lab, Ag Shop, and associated spaces such as restrooms, electrical, mechanical, and fire reiser rooms. This will also include a renovation to the existing CTE wing of Seminole I.S.D. High School including renovation of the Cosmetology Lab, Auto Shop, Welding Shop, Building Trade Shop, associated classrooms, Special Needs classrooms, kitchen/lining space, and new Culinary Lab. The new addition is planned at 17,000 sq. ft. The renovated wing is approximately 50,000 sq. ft.
