This project involves rehabilitating the Airport Access Road from South Loyalsock Avenue to the parking lot of the Fixed Base Operator (FBO). This includes completing minor full-depth repairs in areas as needed, cracksealing all visible cracks, installing paving fabric, and overlaying with 2-inches of PennDOT wearing course. After paving, temporary pavement markings will be applied to the roadway so that it can be used while the asphalt cures. Once the asphalt cures the final permanent pavement markings will be applied.
