The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the supply of all material, labour, equipment, transportation and supervision to address primary service upgrade on Aldershot, new primary services for Buildings M127, M101 and upgrade of electrical service for M101 at Canadian Forces Base Shilo, Manitoba. The Work must reach Substantial Completion no later than 973 calendar days after notification of contract award and must be completed no later than 14 calendar days after the date of Substantial Completion.
