Sub Bid Category Elevators The project consists of the following work on two separate sites to be run concurrently: 1. The portion of the project located at 55 Summer Street is a 47,000 square foot addition & renovation of the existing Town Hall/Public Safety building and associated sitework. This site will be surrounded by active Town operations that must remain uninterrupted as well as maintaining open access to the Town's fueling island. 2. The portion of the project at 598 Salem Street is the construction of a new 26,000 square foot Fire Headquarters and associated sitework. This site abuts an active post office and dance studio that will be operational during the duration of the project as well as maintaining fire department operations at the existing station.
