Saving Project...

Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Jersey City, New Jersey. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.

A. The Project Work is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following 1. Removal and disposal of existing site improvements, as designated on the drawings, that include but are not necessarily limited to; clearing and grubbing, complete tree removal and tree protection, excavation, bituminous pavement, fencing, concrete sidewalk, and concrete curb. 2. Earthwork. Excavation for new foundations, drainage lines, site grading. 3. Installation of new concrete, walls, curbing with artificial turf nailer, and flatwork. 4. Preparation and installation of specified landscaping items, including but not limited to: vinyl coated chain-link fencing, decorative metal fencing, large caliper trees, landscaping. 5. Installation of artificial turf lawn panel. 6. Acquisition of all necessary permit(s) from various agencies having authority. Riverview Fisk Park Artificial Turf Field 98 Palisade Avenue. Jersey City, New Jersey 07304 A Bid Bond or Certified Check, made payable to the City of Jersey City, in an amount equal to Ten (10%) percent of the Bid not to exceed $20,000.00. The Purchasing Agent reserves the right to reject any and all bids received, or portions thereof, if deemed to be in the best interest of the City to do so.
