Creekview Waterland Project for Polk County Reference Number 0000331205 The project is located along SE Creekview Drive, south of E. 1st Street, in Ankeny. Work includes all materials, equipment, transportation, and labor necessary to complete the improvements for the Creekview Stormwater Wetland project. The project includes approximately 70,000 CY of excavation, 25,000 CY of on-site topsoil stripping and re-spread, 6,000 CY of contractor provided cohesive borrow, dewatering, 375 feet of various diameters of pipe culvert, 160 SY of HMA pavement removal and replacement, 16 acres of temporary hydroseeding, 6 acres of permanent hydroseeding, SWPPP preparation and management, 11,000 SY of RECP, 8,500 fee of linear erosion control, and 4,400 sf of grid tied concrete mat.
