Demolition, site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in San Diego, California. Conceptual plans call for the demolition of a road / highway; for site work for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; for the construction of a road / highway; and water / sewer project.

The Scope of Services defines the extent of the Design Professional and the services to complete the work and documents specified herein for Design (Plans, Specifications & Estimate), assistance during the Bid, and Construction Support of the Cabrillo Palisades 600 Rezoning herein referred to as Design shall be in accordance with the City of San Diego Water Facility Design Guidelines (2021 Edition) in addition to other City and non-City guidelines and standards. These guidelines and standards are not a substitute for good engineering.
