Number: AC-STBG-NHPP-000B(771)E Description: This Contract consists of fine milling/milling, patching, and resurfacing asphalt pavements at various locations in Harford County, west of US-1, and may include work on US-1. At certain times, the Administration may request work to be completed at locations in Harford County east of US-1. The Contractor has the option to accept or decline such requests. This work may also include bridge decks, bridge approaches, and deep patching. This is a non-exclusive Contract. It does not include all work expected to be performed in the designated areas. Therefore, at times, other Contractors may be performing similar work that is not associated with this Contract. Special attention is directed to GP-5.06, Cooperation Between Contractors. Pre Bid Conference: A Pre-Bid Conference will not be held for this contract Minimum wage rates for each Project, if applicable, have been pre-determined by law and are set forth in the Invitation for Bids (IFB). Bids must only be made upon latest the electronic proposal forms (and attachments) that are furnished by the Administration. In accordance with State Finance and Procurement Title 13 of the Annotated Code of Maryland, no bid, performance or payment bonds are required for bids less than $100,000.00. However, bids $100,000.00 and above will not be considered unless a Bid Security is submitted as outlined in the Invitation for Bids. Bid Security shall equal at least 5 percent (5%) of the total amount bid, unless otherwise stated in the IFB.
