Renovation of a library in Clifton, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the renovation of a library.

General Description of the Project: Proposed HVAC improvements are specifically designed to accommo date the many uses of the building and improve the humidity and temperature controls. October 19 th - All formal RFIs are due. Only written questions and responses shall be considered binding to the contract. 2. All contract questions shall be submitted as a formal RFI to Justine Tomczak. 3. All proposal & design questions shall be submitted as a formal RFI to Daniel Minogue. 1. Review Scope on drawings 2. Phasing The Contractor is required to submit his phasing plan to the A/E and Clifton Library for review and approval prior to the start of construction. The contractor shall phase and coordinate his work in a way that is acceptable to the Clifton Library regarding operations and activities. Temporary cooling or heating may be required by contractor. Contractor shall maintain the temperature in the building during construction to the OSHA recommended range of 68-76 degrees Fahrenheit.
