Estimate: $250,000 - $300,000 The deadline to ask questions is 10/12/2023 2:00 PM CST The project includes: 1. Approximately 385' of 4" C900 DR 18 PVC water line replacement 2. Approximately 1,390' of 6" C900 DR 18 PVC water line 3. Approximately 650' of 6" SDR 35 PVC sewer line (Bid Alternate) : a. 1a: Sycamore St between 7th St and 8th St b. 1b: 8th St from Sycamore St to Cherry St c. 2: Alleys between E 1st St and N Railroad Ave and Elm St and N Mesquite St A bid in the amount of 5 percent of the bid issued by an acceptable surety shall be submitted with each bid. A certified check or bank draft payable to the City of Hico or negotiable U.S. Government Bonds (as par value) may be submitted in lieu of the Bid Bond. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
