Reference Number 0000331274 The Consultant will conduct an infrared roof scan of all applicable roof sections at both locations, to include the evaluation of an existing skylight at the Town Hall facility, along with a core analysis of the material currently in place to determine the full scope of replacement required. Based upon the analysis and additional information found in the 2019 Facility Assessment report, the Consultant will develop Bid Specification documents containing material specifications and quantities for the replacement of the roofing systems as required at Town Hall and Fire Station No. 5. Milestone dates should be included for completion of work in the proposal.
