Contractor shall review the entirety of the contract documents for the full details of the work involved. The rehabilitation work generally includes but is not limited to: all necessary permits, site preparation, dewatering & groundwater control for open cut construction, removal & disposal of accumulated solids from wet wells and valve vaults, by-pass pumping, and selective demolition & modifications as indicated by the contract documents; installation of new submersible pumps, piping, valves and associated fittings; retrofitting existing access hatches with safety grating; recoating of wet wells; civil modifications as indicated by the contract documents and including fence replacement or addition, driveway modifications, and re-grading; electrical improvements including pump control and power panels with sun shields, SCADA panels by Prime Controls, site lighting & receptacles, pump motor feeders, floats, electrical service equipment, and terminal boxes; together with all related subsidiary and incidental components as shown in the contract documents.
