Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to a water / sewer project in Sugar Land, Texas. Completed plans call for the addition of a water / sewer project; for the demolition of a water / sewer project; for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

Please submit written questions to Rene Hurtado, P.E. or Erik Miller, P.E. via the question and answer section in www.CivcastUSA.com Work of the contract consists in providing mobilization of sufficient workforce, equipment and supervision to complete the construction rehabilitation of the lift stations listed under item A below. Contractor shall review the entirety of the contract documents for the full details of the work involved. The rehabilitation work generally includes but is not limited to: all necessary permits, site preparation, dewatering & groundwater control for open cut construction, removal & disposal of accumulated solids from wet wells and valve vaults, by-pass pumping, and selective demolition & modifications as indicated by the contract documents; installation of new submersible pumps, piping, valves and associated fittings; retrofitting existing access hatches with safety grating; recoating of wet wells; civil modifications as indicated by the contract documents and including fence replacement or addition, driveway modifications, and re-grading; electrical improvements including pump control and power panels with sun shields, SCADA panels by Prime Controls, site lighting & receptacles, pump motor feeders, floats, electrical service equipment, and terminal boxes; together with all related subsidiary and incidental components as shown in the contract documents. A. Bsed Bid Items Big Sweetwater Lift Station (No. 2) located at 3130 Sweetwater Blvd. B. Alternate Bid Items: Robinsons Ferry Lift Station (No. 32) located at 2223 Robinsons Ferry.
