All reports shall be transmitted in paper copy and digital formats. The digital version must be compatiable with the WinCan America software package. The contract shall be completed within Two Hundred Ten (210) consecutive calendar days from the date of Notice to Proceed or by December 31, 2024, whichever date is earliest. Such time of completion is of the essence for this contract.
