Reference Number 0000331266 The work covered by this specification includes, but is not limited to furnishing all , equipment, materials and supervision; performing all work necessary to clean the specified sewer lines, perform three (3) television inspections complete with video recording for each sewer line, test all joints, seal leaking joints, and perform manhole inspections including completion of manhole inspection report forms. All reports shall be transmitted in paper copy and digital formats. The digital version must be compatiable with the WinCan America software package. Bid Intent Optional Bid Intent Deadline 10/20/2023 12:00 PM EDT Deadline for receipt of questions is October 16, 2023 12:00 PM Local Time Purchasing@co.rockland.ny.us Attention: Mr. Paul Brennan, Director of Purchasing General Requirements - Insurance Required - Required Bonding Requirements - Performance Bond 100 % - Payment Bond 100 % -- A Performance and Payment Bond by a company satisfactory to the Owner and each in an amount of not less than 100 percent (100%) of the contract price will be required of the successful bidder. The contract shall be completed within Two Hundred Ten (210) consecutive calendar days from the date of Notice to Proceed or by December 31, 2024, whichever date is earliest. Such time of completion is of the essence for this contract.
