Joy Building consists of a two story, partial third floor & partial basement masonry, wood & concrete construction. Asbestos is present please refer to Asbestos Report Section 02082 - Asbestos Abatement. First Floor is approximately 6,829 s.f.: Second Floor 5,926 s.f.; Partial Third Floor 3,3,20 s.f. & Partial Basement 1,927 s.f. The entire structure shall be removed including all foundations. The party wall and roof of Mario's Pizza to the east shall be protected during demolition. All utilities for F.P. Joy shall be disconnected and removed as indicated on the drawings. Asbestos Removal and Abatement shall be apart of Contract No. 1. The Annex Building and Bond Co. Superintendent Building consists of a single story masonry, wood & concrete construction. First floor is approximately 6,590 s.f. w/ a partial concrete basement 6'-0"+/- deep at approximately 628 s.f. Asbestos is present please refer to Asbestos Report Section 02082 - Asbestos Abatement.
