Site work and renovation of a fitness / recreation center in Seaside Park, New Jersey. Working plans call for the renovation of a fitness / recreation center; and for site work for a fitness / recreation center.
As of October 30, 2023, bids received were rejected as they were over the budget. No definite date for rebid. The Scope of Work contemplated for the above named project includes interior building barrier free bathroom improvements, kitchen cabinets, counter top, undermount sink, flooring improvements, plumbing and electrical improvements, exterior site work consisting of a ADA compliant ramp, landing, and handrails, concrete ADA parking stall and loading area, regulatory signs, bollards, and site grading as well as all other Work of any type or description necessary for contemplation of the Project, whether or not specifically described in these Contract Documents. All Work on this Contract shall be completed within ninety (90) Calendar Days from Notice to Proceed. The Borough of Seaside Park reserves the right to reject any and all Bid Packets to the extent permitted by law. A Bid Bond or a Certified Check drawn to the order of Borough of Seaside Park for not less than ten percent (10%) of the total bid price amount, except that the check shall not exceed $20,000.00. The successful Bidder is hereby notified that a Performance and Payment Bonds for the full amount of this Project is required.
