Sealed bids will be received by the City of West Monroe for the construction of the project described as follows: PROJECT: Flanagan Street Water Main Replacement Project TYPE: Municipal and Public Works Construction CONTRACT TIME: 90 Calendar Days LIQUIDATED DAMAGES: $200 (Two hundred) per Calendar Day The work to be performed under the provisions of these contract documents consists of the furnishing of all materials, equipment and tools; the performance of all necessary labor; and the construction complete, including all work appurtenant thereto, for constructing water distribution facilities, sanitary sewer system facilities, grading and earthwork, and erosion control facilities. Scope Installation of approximately 1,800-LF of 6" water main along Flanagan Street. shall be designated as "Sealed Bid - Flanagan Street Water Main Replacement Project". All bids must be submitted on the proper bid form. The contractor shall display his active contractor's license number prominently on the outside of the envelope Any request for such interpretation should be in writing addressed to Brad Anzalone, P.E., c/o S.
