Bidders must take into consideration that any communications between another representative of the adjudicator are strictly prohibited. All written requests must be submitted no later than noon (12 p.m.) on October 16, 2023 to allow the project manager to respond to all requests by addendum before bids are opened. Any requests after this deadline will not be considered. The deadline for submitting a complaint regarding the tender procedure is October 12, 2023. The Municipality of Saint-Joseph-du-Lac does not undertake to accept the lowest or any of the bids received. In addition, it reserves the right to accept a submission in whole or in part.
