Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Sandy Springs, Georgia. Conceptual plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

The City of Sandy Springs ("City" or "Sandy Springs") is soliciting responses ("Response(s)") to this RFP to select a qualified consultant to provide design services ("Consultant") for the Peachtree Dunwoody Bike/Pedestrian Trail Last Mile Connectivity (LMC) Project ("TS131 Project"). The goal of the Project is to improve bicycle and pedestrian facilities between Hammond Drive and Mt. Vernon Highway. The TS131 Project consists of the design, right-of-way acquisition, utility coordination and construction of a bicycle/pedestrian side path on the west side of Peachtree Dunwoody Road from Hammond Drive to Mt. Vernon Highway. Additionally, this project should incorporate the Perimeter Center Improvement District (PCID)'s standard streetscape elements (lighting, brick pavers, and landscaping). All communications regarding this procurement must be with the assigned Procurement Officer, Edward McAdoo III, purchasing@sandyspringsga.gov. All questions or requests for clarification must be sent via Bonfire under Message Opportunity Q&A: Questions are due no later than October 11, 2023, 5:00 p.m. EST The City reserves the right to reject all Proposals and to waive technicalities and informalities, and to make award in the best interest of the City.
