Sealed bids and/or request for proposals for the Following: 1) Garbage Refuse Collection All proposals must be accompanied by a bid bond in an amount equal to ten per cent (10%) of the Year 1 value of the contract. The bid bond shall be made payable to the Borough of West Hazleton and provided by a bonding company licensed to operate in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. The Borough of West Hazleton reserves the right to waive any informality associated with this proposal. BY submitting a proposal, the potential bidder acknowledges that decisions concerning this proposal will be made in and by the best interests of the Borough of West Hazleton.
