This Invitation to Tender (the "RFT") is an invitation by the Regional Municipality of Niagara ("Niagara Region") to prospective Bidders to submit bids for Snow Clearing & Removal for Niagara Transit Commission (NTC) Bus Stops & Shelters. The NTC seeks qualified, responsible, and responsive Winter Maintenance companies to perform winter maintenance services at transit stops.[GS1] Providing safe and reliable transit, in various operational models, throughout the Niagara Region is of the highest priority for the NTC. As such, the Bidders will be like-minded in considering the services outlined in this tender of same importance through performing as described in Part 4; in addition to the commitment of providing clear, accessible and safe locations for NTC's conventional customers use of its service.
