The Town of Ajax is seeking to pre-qualify and retain for a period of 3 years [2024-2026], Multi-Discipline Engineering Consulting Firms who can show experience in Engineering Services, Detailed Design & Drawings preparation, Bid Document preparation/review, Contract Administration and/or Inspection Services, Corrective Action Plan (CAP), Pre/Post Construction Survey, etc. Town owned/assumed Stormwater Management Pond (SWMP) Rehabilitation & Retrofitting construction activities (e.g., sediment removal/reuse/disposal, infrastructure repair, embankment stabilization, vegetation removal, landscaping, etc.). The Multi-Discipline Engineering Consulting Firms must have the capability to provide the following services or identify a Sub-Consultant: Civil Engineering Environmental Engineering Water Resource Engineering Landscape Architecture In order to identify the best qualified Consultants and streamline the bidding process, the Town intends to pre-qualify Consultants to provide Engineering Services for these Projects. The Town expects approximately 3 pre-qualified Firms will be invited to submit Bids for an estimated 9-11 Projects over the Pre-Qualification Term. The Pre-Qualification Term will cover a 3 year period from January 1, 2024 to December 31, 2026.
