TCHC is seeking to establish a list of qualified vendors for the provision of water efficiency programs at various TCHC locations, by focusing on tenant suite equipment replacement. The core mandate of the program is to reduce water use through upgrades to tenant Toilets, Aerators and Showerheads (TAS). As part of the implementation the Proponent will also be identifying other leaking or malfunctioning components that could be contributing to excess water usage and/or damage to property. TCHC is seeking a maximum of four (4) Proponents for the deliverables of this RFP. Proponents shall be on the rotational program roster for a period of three (3) years, with TCHC having the sole and absolute option to extend for another two (2) one (1) year terms. Proponents are requested to read further below, as well as review all attached documents for a thorough and comprehensive understanding of the project deliverables. This RFP Category of Work is categorized as Preventative Maintenance. The scope of work in this RFP is sub-categorized as Plumbing Work. The Deadline for Questions, as stated in the RFP Key Information, has been changed to Wednesday October 25, 2023. The time remains the same at 4:00 PM Toronto time.
