Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC), is issuing this REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) for the services of a general contractor for the construction of a laboratory building for research on heavy vehicles at the Motor Vehicle Test Centre (MVTC) in Blainville as per the plans and specifications.
