Renovation of a medical facility in Port Moody, British Columbia. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
Add Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) Capacity to house a new MRI unit at Eagle Ridge Hospital. TIMELINE: A Request for Proposal to provide prime consultant services was previously issued for the project. As of July 31, 2025 a preferred proponent has yet to be disclosed. The goal of the project is to complete a Feasibility Study and a Feasibility Class C Budget Estimate for the addition of a new MRI suite at ERH. Fraser Health Authority (FHA) seeks the services of a qualified multi-disciplinary consultant team to undertake phase one of the project; this includes the following: Schematic Design Development, Feasibility Study Report and the necessary coordination with vendors and QS consultant to inform the final deliverable of this project. Further update in fall 2025. *Construction budget is unreleased.
