Contract No. 1: The work for the Sanitary Sewer System Improvements on Jeffcoat Street generally consists of the following: 2,126 linear feet of 8" CIPP Sewer Main Line, Normal Main Line Cleaning, CCTV Mainline Pre-Installation and Post-Installation Inspection Video; 2 Mainline Point Repairs;60 VF Manhole Lining; 1 Sewer Flow Controls (Bypass Pumping), 10 Manhole Adjustments;5 Valve Adjustments; and other related appurtenances. Contract No. 2: The work for the Paving and Drainage Improvements on Jeffcoat Street generally consists of the following: 750 ton of 424A Bituminous Concrete Wearing Layer, 150 lb/sy (Resurfacing); 250Square Yard 424A Bituminous Concrete Leveling/Patching; 50ton Roadway Stone; 78 linear feet 15" Class III RCP; 90 linear feet Ditch Grading; 208 square Feet of Traffic Control Markings, Class 2, Type A; 2 each Grate Inlet; 1 each Sloped Paved Headwall; and other related appurtenances. No bidder may withdraw his bid with in 60 days after the actual date of the opening thereof. The City of Luverne is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
