Renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Lynchburg, Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field.
This project includes scraping loose lead based paint from all window trim, sanding and repainting all window trim pieces with two new coats of exterior paint, color to match existing. Project also includes painting of existing entry including columns, existing latticework on the south side of building, and existing doors. All scrapings will be picked up and disposed of according to the lead abatement guidelines. The Aviary is located at Miller Park 400 Grove St. Lynchburg, VA 24501.
