The construction of approximately 163 feet of new 5' wide concrete sidewalk along the west side Prospect Avenue within KCMO right-of-way along the frontage of 7730 Prospect Avenue. Temporary traffic control along Prospect Avenue and associated permits, erosion control, utility coordination as necessary, minor grading and restoration will be included as part of the project.
