The Department of California Highway Patrol (CHP) is soliciting bids from firms that are able to provide Roof Maintenance Services. Bids must address all of the services described in Exhibit A entitled, Scope of Work that is included in the Proposed Agreement Forms/Exhibits section of this IFB. Exhibit A contains a detailed description of the services and work to be performed as a result of this IFB including those terms in the referenced exhibits. Multiple Award: The State intends to award twelve (12) agreements to the responsive and responsible firm(s) offering the lowest bid for each of the twelve (12) CHP Coastal Division Area offices (locations) identified in paragraph E, Mandatory Walk-through. Bidders may submit a bid for any of the twelve (12) locations or may submit a bid for each location. -Contractors State License Board (CSLB), C-39, Roofing Contractor. -DVBE Participation Mandatory -Prevaling Wages apply. All bidders for this solicitation, must meet the minimum DVBE participation requirement of 5%. Bidders are eligible to receive a DVBE incentive for their participation. For more information regarding this option, see section M of the IFB entitled "Preference and Incentive Programs." The term of the resulting agreement is expected to be effective from April 1, 2024 through March 31, 2027. Questions Due October 28, 2023 at 5:00 p.m.
