Site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in Colbert, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Town of Colbert is accepting bids on the construction of a new water facility. Specification of Structure: o 25 ft. by 36 ft. building with 10 ft. cinder block walls o 12" wide by 18" deep footing, overlaid with 5" concrete slab suitable for cinder block walls o 8in by 8in by 16in Standard Concrete Blocks o Foor will be 5/12 pitch using painted metal trusses and joists with sheet metal and decking. o Closed cell spray foam insulation on roof o 12 ft. wide by 8 ft. tall overhead door o One 36" walk through door. o Four 3' by 4' single sash windows o Windows and doors will need to be corrosion resistant. o Painting Exterior and Interior walls and interior ceiling o Two 36" by 36" louvered vents at the top of the walls on East and West Ends o Cleanup and haul off waste.
