The City shall reserve the right to reject any or all proposals not in the best interest of the City. The project is located in the City of Jacksonville Beach and consists of improvements to the City stormwater system, roadways, water main and force main. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, tools, services and incidentals to complete all Work required by these Specifications and as shown on the Drawings. Contractor shall be responsible for properly unloading, storing, installing and maintaining all materials and equipment. The Contractor shall perform the Work complete, in place, and ready for continuous service, and shall include repairs, testing, permits, cleanup, replacements and restoration required as a result of damages caused during this construction.
