Notice is hereby given that the Board of County Commissioners of Seminole County will be receiving sealed bids from all interested bidders Seminole County Health Department District 6 is accepting bids on a Construction Remodel of the Health Department. Construction will consist of demolition of old clerical desks. Expand clerical area and build new clerical desks and workstation. Clerical desks will consist of desk to ceiling walls between clerks and clients, privacy walls, sliding glad windows and countertops on the client side and functional U-shaped desks with 3ft privacy walls on the clerk side. The clerk side of the desk will include plenty of desk and drawer space. Outlets, ethernet and phone jacks will be moved to increase function space. Pull up and redo flooring in the main lobby and hallways. Address current lighting and A/C vents in regards to new clerical desks. Current clinic entry door will be moved in towards the lobby to match clerical desks. Cabinets will be built under existing window and electrical outlets will be added for increased functionality. A worktable will be built in the middle of the clerical floor to allow more space for clerks to work. Must List an Estimated Date of Completion. (Refer to page 2 & 14) All proposals must be filed on forms furnished by the County Clerk's Office, sealed, and plainly marked. The Seminole Board of Commissioners reserves the Right to waive technicalities, to reject any or all bids, and to award the contract to the bidder determined to serve the best interest of Seminole County. Bidders must familiarize themselves with the conditions and must bid with the understanding that full cooperation in carrying out the requirements of the specifications will be expected.
