Site work and paving for a road / highway in Denton, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Project scope shall include the Paving Improvements, approximately 33,107 SY of 6", 4,277 SY of 7", and 16,003 SY of 8" 3,600 psi concrete pavement on approximately 56,985 SY of 6" lime stabilized subgrade as per NCTCOG and Owner's Geotechnical Engineer's specifications to serve 224 lots on approximately 76 acres. The project is located West of I-35 and south of Robson Ranch Road, in the Town of Northlake, Denton County, Texas. Each Bid must be accompanied by a Certified or Cashier's Check, from a responsible bank in the State of Texas, or a Bid Bond, issued by a surety legally authorized to do business in the State of Texas, equal to five percent (5%) of the total bid amount. Make the Cashier's Check, Certified Check or Bid Bond payable to the Owner. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to accept any bid deemed advantageous to it and waive informalities in bidding. All bids received after the above-designated closing time will be returned unopened.
