Reference Number 0000331423 The City invites proposals from qualified firms to provide professional consulting services on an on-call, as needed basis to evaluate the City programs, services, activities, facilities, electronic content, or website services against Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act, including the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Standards for Accessible Design (ADAAG), the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) and the Proposed Right-of-Way Accessibility Guidelines (PROWAG). The intent of this RFP is to consider firms for general consultation services under these two sections. Project scope will vary depending on the City need. Projects are anticipated to range from a 1-hour consultation session (remote or in-person) to conducting the required analysis to provide an ADA Transition Plan.
