A firm timeline for construction has not been established. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: The City of Phoenix is seeking a qualified contractor to provide preconstruction services and complete construction services for the Val Vista Transmission Main Rehabilitation Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) project. The project consists of 12,400 linear feet of steel slip-lining pipe rehabilitation along various locations of the Val Vista Transmission Main with an inside diameter of 96 inches. The selected CMAR will work as a team with the designer of record and City staff to ensure an efficient design approach for the project. The project is located at various sites from Lindsey Road and McDowell Road to 48th Street north of University Drive. The City of Phoenix reserves the right to reject any or all Statements of Qualifications, to waive any informality or irregularity in any Statement of Qualifications received, and to be the sole judge of the merits of the respective Statements of Qualifications received.
