SUBMISSION OF BID QUESTIONS All questions regarding this Solicitation shall be submitted through the eProcurement system and shall be received by the date and time specified in the Solicitation Schedule. All questions received not in compliance with this paragraph will not be answered unless the Agency, at its sole discretion, deems that a response to a question is necessary to clarify anything in the The Agency is seeking sealed bids from qualified, licensed and bonded contractors to provide the replacement of (259) PTAC wall sleeves at the Stillwell Towers Building. Contractor shall furnish all labor, material, equipment, tools, supplies, services and incidentals, to perform all work necessary for the complete replacement of PTAC wall sleeves in strict conformance with all of the Contract documents. PUBLIC BID OPENING. At the set date and time, all bids received will be opened and publicly read aloud by the Procurement Manager, or designee, including the company name of the bidder and the total calculated costs proposed.
