Renovation of a multi-residential development in Halifax, Nova Scotia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
Architectural, Mechanical, Electrical Upgrades at apartment building in Halifax. .1 a certified cheque or bank draft made payable to the "Nova Scotia Provincial Housing Agency". .2 Government of Canada bearer bonds; or, .3 a Surety Bid Bond. Security deposits shall be based on an amount of not less than ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the Bid. Surety Bond may be submitted, in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the Bid price, and the successful Bidder must deliver, upon winning the award, to the Nova Scotia Provincial Housing Agency a Performance Bond and a Labour and Material Bond each in the amount of fifty percent (50%) of the amount payable under the Contract. Estimated Duration of Contract (months): 12 The right to reject any or all Bids or to accept any Bid deemed most satisfactory is reserved by the Nova Scotia Provincial Housing Agency. The Nova Scotia Provincial Housing Agency reserves the right to waive any informality in any or all Bids.
